Roles and Responsibility

- Serve food orders to guests in a timely and professional manner.

- Manage reservations and transparent tables efficiently.

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries.

- Maintain a high level of knowledge about menu items and make recommendations when necessary.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean and well-maintained.

Job Requirements

- Good English communication skills are essential.

- Prior experience in fine dining is preferred.

- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.

- Familiarity with reservation systems and procedures is an advantage.
