Tesla Medical Center, Chalakudy, is looking for enthusiastic and compassionate fresher Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. Candidates should have a strong willingness to learn, good communication skills, and a commitment to providing quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care and support to patients.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the treating doctor, following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and patient safety practices.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining nursing equipment and clinical areas.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and skilled nursing standards.
Educational Qualification
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution.
- Valid nursing registration as applicable.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate attitude and a patient-friendly approach.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
