Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Asset Management Specialist to manage and track organizational assets across their lifecycle. This role will ensure proper allocation, tracking, maintenance, and recovery of IT and non-IT assets, while maintaining compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain end-to-end lifecycle management of assets (procurement to disposal)

- Track and manage inventory of IT assets (laptops, desktops, accessories, etc.)

- Coordinate asset allocation, recovery, and reallocation across employees/consultants

- Maintain accurate asset records in tracking systems and ensure data integrity

- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for asset procurement and logistics

- Manage asset pickup/drop, especially for onboarding and offboarding employees

- Ensure compliance with asset policies, audit requirements, and client guidelines

- Handle asset-related queries, discrepancies, and escalations

- Conduct periodic audits and reconciliations of asset inventory

- Generate reports on asset utilization, losses, and recovery status
