Responsibilities

- Define AI strategy architecture and implementation roadmap.

- Lead development of GenAI, Agentic AI, and RAGbased solutions.

- Design scalable AI platforms using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock or equivalent technologies.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases.

- Mentor AI Engineers, Data Scientists and Full Stack developers.

- Establish AI governance, security compliance, and Responsible AI practices.

- Drive proofofconcepts (POCs) and productiongrade AI deployments.





- Ensure best practices in prompt engineering, model evaluation, observability, and performance optimization.

- Partner with architecture, product, cloud, and DevOps teams for successful delivery.

Required Skills

- 10 years of software engineering experience with 4 years in AIML.

- Strong experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI and Prompt Engineering.

- Hands-on expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI.

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI or equivalent platforms.

- Strong knowledge of Vector Databases: FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search.

- Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and CI/CD.

- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Positive to Have

- Knowledge of M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, MCP Frameworks.

- AI Governance and Responsible AI experience.

- Azure/AWS AI certifications.
