We’re Hiring: Senior Pharma Recruiter | Life Sciences/Scientific
We are looking for an experienced Senior Pharma Recruiter with a strong background in Pharma, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences recruitment to join our team.
What we’re looking for:
- 4-5 years of recruiting experience supporting Pharma, Biotech or Life Sciences clients, with at least 2 years recruiting directly through an MSP or VMS program.
- Proven experience recruiting for R&D;, Clinical and Scientific roles (Scientist, Biologist, Chemist).
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards, including Boolean search, passive candidate engagement.
- Experience working on priority and hard-to-fill requirements with sharp screening judgment.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with candidates and client stakeholders.
- Able to work remotely and independently, own the requisition end-to-end, and run recruiting with minimal supervision.
