- SEO & Website Optimization: Drive website SEO, organic traffic growth, keyword strategy, and search rankings.
- Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Website Management: Lead website design, UI/UX improvements, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Campaign Management: Execute email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and nurturing.
- Social Media Leadership: Manage content creators producing engaging posts, creatives, and videos for LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Lead the creation of SEO-focused blogs, case studies,



whitepapers, and industry insights.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor marketing and content teams, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution.
- Analytics & Growth: Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, website traffic, and marketing ROI.

Ideal Candidate

- 5+ yrs of Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, and lead generation.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Robust understanding of website design, SEO content strategy, and digital analytics.
- Excellent team management, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or HR Tech will be an added advantage.
