Collaborate with key stakeholders - Process team, Technology partner & Product owners

Quickly grasp new processes and ensure seamless support & execution

Pursue continuous improvement in execution, lead intelligent automation and monitor compliance with policies

Responsible for improving the control environment by ensuring satisfactory audit experience and enhancing internal controls

Responsible for and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA), internal guidelines, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements

Support/participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives

Ensure controls & compliance with prevailing policies & procedures such as SOX, Process Risk Self-Assessment, and support Statutory/Internal audits
