Position: Senior Executive – Exports

Experience: 3–6 Years (Preferably in Food Processing / FMCG Exports)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Exports to manage end-to-end export operations, international customer coordination, export documentation, logistics, and business development activities.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export shipments, customs clearance, freight coordination, regulatory compliance, and international buyer communication.

Key Responsibilities1. Export Operations & Logistics

- Manage end-to-end export shipments from both manufacturing plants, including sea and road shipments (Nepal).
- Obtain and compare freight quotations from multiple CHAs and freight forwarders.
- Coordinate container bookings (Dry/Reefer), stuffing, customs clearance, and shipment schedules.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, Health/Phytosanitary Certificates, and Bill of Lading.
- Track shipments and verify final freight invoices against approved quotations.

2. International Customer Coordination

- Handle export enquiries received through email and the company website.
- Share product specifications, quotations, certifications, and technical documentation with international buyers.
- Complete vendor registration and approval documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective and existing international customers.

Export Sample Management

- Coordinate domestic and international dispatch of frozen product samples.
- Ensure appropriate temperature-controlled packaging, courier selection, documentation, and timely delivery.
- Track sample shipments and coordinate customer feedback.
- Work closely with plant teams for product availability and dispatch planning.

4. Export Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain updated product documentation, including COA, TDS, Allergen Statements, Shelf-Life Details, Lab Reports, and Certifications.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, NPD, Production, and Accounts teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable export regulations and customer requirements.

5. Export Incentives & Payment Follow-up

- Coordinate with Accounts for RoDTEP, LUT, e-BRC, EDPMS, and EPCG-related documentation.
- Monitor export payment realisation and shipping bill reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate shipment, freight, and export compliance records.

6. Freight Analysis & Business Development

- Maintain updated freight rate comparisons for major export destinations.
- Identify potential international buyers and importers through market research.
- Follow up on trade fair leads and support international business development initiatives.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in export operations and documentation.
- Solid knowledge of export procedures, customs clearance, CHA coordination, and international shipping.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, DGFT regulations, RoDTEP, LUT, e-BRC, and export compliance.
- Experience in food products, frozen foods, or temperature-controlled logistics will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.

Must Have Both — Please Don’t Apply Without Them: 1. You have personally run export shipments end to end — CHA and forwarder coordination, shipping-bill data, BL draft checks, export certificates — at a manufacturer-exporter, merchant exporter or forwarder, for 4+ years. (In the interview you’ll walk us through one shipment you ran, including what went wrong.) 2. You write clear, correct English to foreign buyers. (In the interview you’ll reply to a real enquiry and compare two real forwarder quotes.
