Role Overview

As a Speech Therapist at Tree , you will assess and provide individualized intervention for children and adults with speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and other relevant difficulties within your clinical scope.

You will play an important role in delivering quality therapy, supporting clients and their families, and contributing to the development of Tree rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess speech, language, communication, and related difficulties in children and adults.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on clients' needs, goals, and functional abilities.
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy within your professional scope.
- Work with appropriate cases involving speech and language delays, articulation difficulties, fluency disorders, voice disorders, and acquired communication difficulties.
- Support clients in improving their communication, confidence, independence, and participation in everyday life.




- Educate and guide families and caregivers on appropriate strategies to support therapy outcomes.
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate assessment reports, clinical notes, and treatment records.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to provide coordinated, client-centered care.
- Contribute ideas toward improving therapy programs, clinical practices, and the overall client experience.
- Participate in the growth and development of Tree Rehab's services as the initiative expands.

Qualifications and Requirements

- A compassionate, patient, and individualized approach to client care.
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience in clinical training or in speech and language therapy.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work with clients across different age groups.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply, depending on the position requirements.
- Any applicable professional registration or licensing required for the location of practice.
