- Responsible for smooth working of Payments transaction initiated through NACH/APBS/AEPS/PFMS/Payment Gateway
- Responsible for daily Reconciliation of NACH/APBS/AEPS/PFMS/Payment Gateway with zero variance and timely EOD
- Responsible for timely closure Customer dispute for all payments products
- Responsible for smooth function of the transactions in coordination with IT, Channels, Product team
- Responsible for timely implementation of regulatory circulars relating to Payments Operations
