About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Spare Parts In-Charge to manage spare parts inventory, coordinate with service and purchase teams, ensure the timely availability of spare parts, and maintain accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily spare parts inventory, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking parts.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and update inventory records in ERP or Excel.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of fast-moving spare parts.
- Prepare purchase requests for items that need replenishment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of spare parts.
- Verify incoming parts against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.




- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of spare parts.
- Coordinate with the service department and technicians to fulfil spare parts requirements.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company inventory procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Any Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in automobile spare parts, service centres, dealerships, or warehouse inventory management will be preferred.
