Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel spa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day spa operations
- Lead, train, and supervise therapists & spa staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor appointments, bookings & inventory management
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets
- Handle vendor coordination and product procurement
- Maintain hygiene, safety & compliance standards
- Develop promotional strategies to increase spa revenue
- Handle guest complaints professionally

Requirements:




- Proven experience as Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness therapies & products
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Sales-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & booking software

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience) + Incentives + Food + Accommodation
