? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle manpower requirements for multiple client companies

• Source and mobilize unskilled & semi-skilled manpower

• Build and maintain a strong worker/manpower network

- Develop connections with labour contractors, local recruiters, workers, and community networks

• Source manpower through direct contacts, referrals, field sourcing, local networks, and other channels

- Convert available/unemployed individuals into suitable manpower for client requirements
- Mobilize workers for interviews, documentation, and joining
- Maintain a ready pipeline of manpower for urgent and bulk requirements
- Ensure timely fulfilment of client manpower requirements
- Minimize joining dropouts through proper worker follow-up and engagement
- Continuously develop new manpower sources and expand the worker network

? WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR





✅ 3–7 years of relevant experience in manpower supply / labour supply / staffing / bulk recruitment / workforce mobilization

✅ Strong existing manpower and worker connections

✅ Experience in sourcing unskilled & semi-skilled workers

✅ Strong local and field-level recruitment network

✅ Ability to generate manpower beyond online job portals

✅ Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills

✅ Target-oriented and result-driven approach
