We’re looking for experienced software engineers who can build, review, test, and validate high-quality coding tasks and datasets used to train and evaluate AI coding agents.

Skills Required:

Strong software engineering experience in one or more of the following languages:

Go | Rust | Kotlin | Ruby | Scala | PHP | Dart |

Also, a solid understanding of Git, Docker, testing frameworks, code reviews, debugging,



and software development best practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and review coding tasks based on clear technical specifications.

✅ Create and validate datasets for LLM-based coding agents.

✅ Build and maintain test suites to ensure code correctness and reliability.

✅ Work with large open-source repositories across multiple programming languages.

✅ Review code, debug issues, and maintain high engineering standards.

✅ Break complex requirements into clear, manageable technical tasks.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with LLMs or AI-assisted coding tools
- Experience with code generation and AI model evaluation
- Experience creating coding benchmarks or evaluation datasets
