: Oracle TRCS Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) Consultant with experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EPM Tax Reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle EPM applications, particularly TRCS, and experience working with finance and tax teams to automate tax provisioning and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Oracle TRCS solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into application design.
- Configure metadata, dimensions, forms, dashboards, reports, and security.
- Design tax provisioning and reporting processes.
- Perform data integration using Data Management/EPM Integration.
- Develop business rules, calculations, validations, and Smart View reports.
- Support tax close activities and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with finance, tax, and IT stakeholders.
- Perform SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Provide ongoing administration, maintenance,



and production support for Oracle TRCS application post go-live.
- Good understanding of tax technology landscape, trends and architecture.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience, preferably in Oracle EPM with hands-on TRCS.
- At least one end-to-end TRCS implementation.
- Solid consulting acumen and an ability to drive solutions independently.
- Knowledge of tax provisioning, deferred tax, and ETR reporting.
- Experience with TRCS, FCCS, Data Management, Smart View, and Calculation Manager.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with FCCS, ARCS, or EDMCS.
- Knowledge of ASC 740/IAS 12.
- Groovy scripting is a plus.
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification preferred.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA (Full Time)/CA/CMA or Oracle EPM certification is an advantage.
