About Catalyst Education

Catalyst Education is looking for a confident, energetic, and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to help students improve their communication, personality, professional behaviour, and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct soft skills training sessions for students and job seekers.
- Train students in spoken English, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deliver sessions on personality development, confidence building, and professional etiquette.
- Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, presentations, and workplace communication.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Train students in teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving.
- Develop engaging training materials, activities, and practical exercises.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance where required.
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams to improve students’ employability.
- Maintain training schedules,



attendance, and performance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in soft skills training, communication training, or personality development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong command of English and Malayalam.
- Ability to engage students and manage classroom sessions effectively.
- Valuable interpersonal skills, confidence, and a positive attitude.
- Experience in EdTech, education, or placement training is preferred.
