Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Strategist to drive brand building, digital marketing strategies, and marketing activities to strengthen Dalnex’s online presence and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Build brand awareness and maintain a consistent brand identity across platforms.
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media channels.
- Plan content calendars and create engaging posts, videos, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Promote Dalnex’s products, services, projects, and technical solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify marketing opportunities.
- Execute digital campaigns to improve audience engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Coordinate with management, sales, and technical teams for marketing initiatives.
- Track marketing performance,



analyse results, and prepare monthly reports.

Required Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in social media management, brand building, and digital marketing.
- Solid content writing, communication, and creative skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, SEO, analytics, and digital advertising.
- Experience in B2B or technology-sector marketing is preferred.

- Brand visibility and relevant audience growth.
- Consistent content creation and publishing.
- Social media engagement and campaign performance.
- Qualified leads generated through marketing activities.
- Timely execution of marketing plans and monthly reports.

Expected Outcome: Strengthen Dalnex’s brand presence, improve digital engagement, and contribute to business growth through effective marketing strategies. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
