Digital 318 | Hyderabad | Work from office

Digital 318 is the digital wing of Studio 318, with its own portfolio of clients across social media, content and digital marketing. While Studio 318 is a strategy-led design studio; Digital 318 focuses on how brands communicate and grow across digital platforms.

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Strategist with a strong instinct for stories and ideas. You’ll work across different brands and categories, finding interesting ways to bring each brand’s voice to social media. You should be able to take a brief, spot the story in it and shape that into content people want to watch, read or share.

You’ll work closely with designers and other team members, taking ideas from the first thought through to finished content. The role builds on each client’s existing brand direction, with a focus on social media, content and storytelling.

What you’ll do

Find the story and shape the ideas

- Develop original social-first ideas, content series and campaign concepts.
- Turn briefs, audience insights and everyday observations into engaging stories.
- Create monthly content direction, themes and formats for different brands.
- Research audiences, competitors, platform behaviour and cultural conversations.
- Adapt ideas to suit each brand’s voice, audience and platform.

Write and brief the work
- Write captions, scripts, hooks and other social copy.
- Develop clear briefs for designers, creators and production teams.
- Shape ideas for reels, carousels, static posts and other digital formats.
- Collaborate with the creative team to bring content ideas to life.

Take the work through to delivery
- Maintain content calendars and coordinate with the team to keep work on schedule.
- Join client meetings, brainstorms and creative reviews.




- Present your ideas clearly and explain the thinking behind them.
- Review content before it goes live to ensure it follows the brief and brand guidelines.
- Track content performance and use what you learn to improve future work.

What we’re looking for

- At least two years of experience in social media, content or a similar creative role.
- A strong portfolio that shows your ideas, writing and social content. Please include your role in each project.
- A naturally creative mind and the ability to come up with original, relevant ideas.
- A strong sense of storytelling, tone and what will hold someone’s attention.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt your voice for different brands.
- A good understanding of social platforms, formats and current digital culture.
- The judgement to know when a trend is right for a brand and when to find a different approach.
- Openness to feedback, collaboration and taking ideas through to execution.
- Valuable organisation, follow-through and care for the details.

A degree is not required. We’re most interested in your experience, creative thinking and the work you can show us.
