Dhanl4Lands is a real estate and property solutions company helping clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties across Kerala. We are growing our digital presence and looking for a creative, results-driven specialist to generate quality leads.

Role Overview

You will manage our social media channels and run Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns that bring in property enquiries and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
- Set up, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns,



including Lead Ads, for property listings
- Track budgets, CPL, CTR, and conversions, and report on campaign performance
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and ad copy
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and follow-up
- Work with designers and videographers on reels, property walkthroughs, and ad creatives
- Grow followers and engagement, and respond to comments and messages
- Keep up with Meta platform updates and social media trends

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
