About 25 years of experience, including around 15 years in banking, ending as media spokesperson and media advisor to chairmen, CEOs and boards. She has trained over 5,000 professionals, is visiting faculty at SPJIMR, and hosts the podcast Stature Beyond the Title, a long-form conversation on leadership and the person behind the title.

PSYCHOLOGIST · HYPNOTHERAPIST

Runs his own practice in Navi Mumbai, which he started in 2019. His work helps people feel calmer, clearer and more in control of their lives. His audience is everyday people, so his content stays plain, warm and free of clinical jargon.

The Need

You will work on two Instagram accounts with two different needs.

Edit Reels from the existing episodes

Record and edit short-form videos

Pull viewers to the full episode, grow followers

Build the Instagram presence, engagement and followers

What You Will Do For Stature Beyond the Title

◆ Watch the existing episodes and find the strongest moments: a hook, a lesson, a turning point

◆ Edit them into Instagram Reels with captions, formatting and sound that send viewers to the full episode

◆ Support YouTube with Shorts, titles, thumbnails and descriptions For Lt. Col. Rajesh Sharma

◆ Plan, record and edit short-form videos for Instagram, shot on a phone with good framing, lighting and clean sound

◆ Help Col. Sharma on camera with simple direction, so every shoot is productive





◆ Turn each shoot into several Reels, not just one For both accounts

◆ Plan and run a posting calendar for each account

◆ Understand how the Instagram algorithm works (reach, saves, shares, watch time) and apply it to every post

◆ Write hooks, captions and hashtags in straightforward, spoken language, with no jargon

◆ Reply to comments and DMs to build a real audience, not just numbers

◆ Track what works (reach, views, retention, follower growth) and share a monthly summary with both of us

◆ Suggest ideas based on the data and study similar accounts for what works

Who We're Looking For

◆ Working knowledge and past experience growing an Instagram page organically (personal, college, brand or client work all count)

◆ Some experience with YouTube, such as running a channel, making Shorts or managing one for someone

◆ Comfortable shooting and editing vertical videos on a phone (CapCut, InShot or similar)

◆ A good eye for what makes a clip worth watching

◆ Clear, simple writing

◆ Able to manage two accounts with different tones and priorities

◆ Curious, willing to explore new tools, and comfortable taking feedback from two people

Nice to have: Canva skills, basic on-camera or directing comfort.
