Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Chhattisgarh, India. This role involves assisting in the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

The intern will support content creation, including posts, captions, stories, and basic visual assets, while helping schedule and publish content in line with campaign calendars. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring social media performance, engaging with audiences, and gathering insights to optimize content and strategy.



The intern will also collaborate with the digital marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing tasks, including campaign support and basic analytics.
- Skills in Social Media Content Creation, with an eye for engaging copy, visuals, and platform-specific formats.
- Foundational understanding of Marketing principles and audience engagement strategies.
- Solid Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic social media tools (e.g., scheduling or analytics tools) is preferred.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chhattisgarh, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
