We are looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage our complete social media presence, from content ideation to execution and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Planning & Scripting: Develop engaging content ideas, reels scripts, captions, hooks and monthly content calendars.
- Video Shooting: Independently shoot high-quality reels, videos, interviews, testimonials and wellness-related content at our centre.
- Video Editing: Edit reels and videos with transitions, subtitles, music, voiceovers and engaging visual effects.
- Social Media Management: Publish and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.
- Digital Campaigns: Plan, execute and monitor social media marketing campaigns, including paid advertisements.
- Growth & Engagement: Improve reach, followers, engagement, brand visibility and lead generation.
- Performance Tracking:



Analyse content performance and prepare regular reports with suggestions for improvement.
- Brand Building: Create compelling content that promotes our wellness services, yoga programs, sound bath sessions, transformation programs and corporate wellness offerings.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in video shooting and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or equivalent.
- Solid scripting, storytelling and creative content development skills.
- Working knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads and social media analytics.
- Ability to manage the complete content production cycle independently.
- A proactive mindset, creativity and a results-oriented approach.

Who Should Apply? Someone who can take an idea, turn it into a script, shoot and edit the video, publish it, promote it through campaigns and track the results.

This is a hands-on execution role, not just a posting or graphic designing job.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
