Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon. The intern will assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels. Daily responsibilities include creating and posting content, drafting captions, scheduling updates, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

The role also involves supporting digital marketing activities, conducting basic research on trends and competitors, and collaborating with the team to highlight artisans, products, and cultural stories.



The intern will help track key performance metrics, suggest improvements based on data, and coordinate with designers, photographers, and other team members to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with familiarity across major platforms.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including basic understanding of campaigns, analytics, and audience targeting.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and culturally sensitive copy.
- Interest in art, crafts, and cultural heritage, with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Ability to work on-site in Goregaon, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a small, dynamic team environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, photo/video editing apps) and willingness to learn new platforms.
