Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support Bibby AI’s online presence and brand awareness across major social platforms. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves planning and publishing social media content, engaging with the research community, and monitoring trends relevant to academic and technical audiences. The intern will assist in running digital marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and suggesting data-informed improvements to content and strategy.





Responsibilities also include collaborating with the product and marketing teams to highlight current features, user stories, and educational content that showcase Bibby AI’s value to researchers.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for technology or SaaS products.
- Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including crafting posts, visuals, and basic campaign ideas.
- Strong Communication skills, with clear written and verbal expression tailored to global academic and research audiences.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram) and basic analytics or insights tools.
- Interest in research, academia, or scientific communication; comfort engaging with technical topics is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate within a small team, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) or basic video editing, and prior internship or project experience in social media is beneficial.
