Role Description The Social Media Manager (Unpaid) role at Grownex is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts, writing captions, optimizing content for reach and performance, and monitoring analytics to refine campaigns.

Responsibilities also include community management, responding to comments and messages, staying up to date with platform trends, and contributing ideas to improve social media impact and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills for creating clear, engaging content.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan and structure social media campaigns.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X), analytics tools, and basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment.
- A background in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
