About the RoleWe are looking for a Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of content, visual storytelling, language, and current digital trends. This role goes beyond scheduling posts — we need someone who understands what makes content work, why it works, and how to make a brand stand out.

You will work primarily with luxury and premium brands, where visual aesthetics, brand voice, attention to detail, and cultural relevance are critical.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop content strategies that align with brand positioning, audience behaviour, and current trends.
- Have a sharp understanding of what content works in the present moment and identify opportunities before they become mainstream.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, hooks, and on-screen text with a strong command of language.
- Understand visual storytelling, art direction, typography, composition, and premium design standards.
- Brief and collaborate closely with video editors, graphic designers, and creative teams to translate ideas into high-quality content.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity,



and overall content quality.
- Research competitors, emerging formats, cultural trends, and audience preferences to generate relevant content ideas.
- Review creative outputs critically and provide clear, actionable feedback to improve the final execution.
- Analyse content performance and use insights to improve future strategies.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong content sense — an instinct for identifying what is relevant, engaging, and worth publishing.
- Excellent writing skills and a strong command of English.
- A refined visual eye and an understanding of luxury, premium aesthetics, and sophisticated brand communication.
- The ability to distinguish between content that simply looks positive and content that actually works.
- Strong communication skills to brief, guide, and collaborate with designers and video editors.
- An understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social platforms, including their evolving content
