Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of Sky Umbrella's social media presence, create engaging content, execute innovative marketing campaigns, and drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Instagram trends, content creation, video editing, influencer marketing, AI-powered creative tools, and digital branding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across platforms.

2. Content Creation & Creative Direction

- Conceptualize creative product shoots, lifestyle content, and promotional campaigns.
- Create high-quality Instagram reels, product videos, and short-form content.
- Coordinate product photography and video shoots.
- Develop engaging captions, storytelling concepts, and campaign ideas.
- Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
- Use AI tools to produce innovative marketing creatives.

3. Influencer Marketing & Brand Collaborations

- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators.
- Develop influencer marketing campaigns.
- Build partnerships with lifestyle, fashion, travel, and corporate brands.
- Coordinate product seeding, collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Explore viral marketing opportunities and creative brand activations.

4. Brand Building & Marketing Campaigns

- Develop creative campaigns around monsoons, travel, lifestyle, and corporate gifting.
- Plan seasonal promotions and product launches.




- Build Sky Umbrella's premium brand positioning.
- Create campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Generate innovative ideas to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

5. Performance Marketing & Analytics

- Monitor follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and impressions.
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategies.
- Understand Meta Ads Manager and paid social media campaigns.
- Work toward measurable traffic, lead generation, and sales objectives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

6. AI & Digital Marketing Innovation

- Use AI-powered tools for content ideation, image generation, and video creation.
- Explore tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, Runway, and other creative platforms.
- Experiment with AI-generated product campaigns and 3D visuals.
- Identify emerging digital trends and new opportunities for brand growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in Instagram marketing and reel creation.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
- Good understanding of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in photography, videography, and content production.
- Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and viral content formats.
- Basic knowledge of AI creative tools.
- Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, consumer products, or e-commerce brands is preferred.
