We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Social Media Manager who can grow our online presence, create engaging content, build our brand, and generate leads through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow MS AI SCHOOL’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Develop creative content ideas for Reels, Stories, posts, carousels, and promotional videos.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines, and calls to action.
- Identify trending topics, audio, and content formats relevant to AI, education, and digital skills.
- Coordinate with the design and video editing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Create content that promotes courses, student achievements, workshops, and institute activities.
- Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, inquiries, and course admissions.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular analytics reports.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries when required.
- Study competitors and identify new opportunities to improve content performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation.

Requirements
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Solid creative thinking and content-planning skills.




- Ability to write engaging captions and compelling content hooks.
- Knowledge of social media growth strategies and audience engagement.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Interest in AI tools, digital marketing, content creation, and education.
- Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other design and video editing tools.
- Understanding of content marketing, lead generation, and paid social media campaigns.
