Filter Coffee Co. is looking for a creative, strategic, and organised Social Media Manager who can drive social media performance while managing teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.

We’re looking for someone who understands the digital landscape, brings fresh ideas to the table, and can turn strategies into impactful work.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop social media strategies, content calendars, and campaign plans aligned with client objectives.
- Stay updated on platform trends, audience behaviour, and content formats to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Oversee content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking across social media platforms.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, present ideas, manage feedback, and maintain clear communication.
- Brief and collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure creative work meets the brief and brand guidelines.
- Manage team workflows, delegate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of quality work.




- Analyse campaign performance and social media metrics to recommend improvements.
- Support paid social media campaigns and advertising initiatives where required.

What We're Looking For

- 4–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably with an agency background.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, trends, analytics, and digital marketing.
- Excellent client communication, team coordination, and project management skills.
- The ability to balance creative thinking with planning, execution, and problem-solving.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
