We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can independently manage client social media accounts, plan content, coordinate with internal teams and ensure consistent execution across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts for multiple clients.
- Develop monthly content calendars and plan posts, reels, stories and campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and the digital marketing team.
- Handle client communication, feedback and content approvals.
- Ensure timely scheduling and publishing of approved content.
- Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth and other social media metrics.
- Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Track trends and recommend relevant content ideas for client brands.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on social media management experience.
- Experience handling business or client social media accounts.
- Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
- Ability to prepare content calendars and coordinate content production.
- Strong client communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Candidates who have independently managed multiple client accounts and can demonstrate their work through social media pages, campaign examples or a portfolio will be preferred.
Work Location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune. This is an in office position.
