Role Description

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead UrbanNest360's social media presence, digital content strategy, and online brand engagement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling real estate content, managing social media platforms, executing digital marketing campaigns, and supporting qualified lead generation.

This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, and performance analysis to strengthen brand visibility and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, including property promotions, educational posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Create engaging content that reflects UrbanNest360's premium brand identity and customer-first approach.
- Manage organic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and enquiries.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Generate qualified real estate leads through targeted digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, AI content creators, and internal teams to develop high-quality marketing materials.
- Develop engaging scripts, captions, promotional content,



and short-form video concepts.
- Monitor comments, messages, enquiries, and audience engagement across social media channels.
- Analyse campaign performance, lead generation costs, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
- Track competitor activity, real estate market trends, and emerging social media opportunities.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and content quality across all digital platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
- Collaborate with the business development team to support lead nurturing and conversions.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, paid advertising, and lead generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, content optimisation, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent content writing, copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience creating reels, short-form videos, and engaging digital marketing content.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, AI content creation tools,



and video editing software.
- Ability to coordinate with creative teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and return on advertising spend.
- Self-motivated, creative, organised, and results-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in real estate marketing, property promotions, or residential project campaigns is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experienced candidates only. Freshers are not eligible.

Language Requirements
- English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Hindi and Kannada: Preferred.
- Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and other regional languages: Added advantage.
