About Chalo SaheliChalo Saheli is a women-only travel community creating meaningful travel experiences, fostering friendships, and building a community of women who love exploring together.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and tech-savvy woman to work directly with the founder and take ownership of our social media, design, content, and marketing initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Management

- Manage Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn content and publishing.
- Create engaging reels, carousels, stories, captions, and promotional content.
- Plan content calendars and maintain consistent brand communication.
- Research trends, audience interests, and content opportunities.

Graphic Design & Video Editing

- Design social media creatives, travel flyers, campaign materials, and marketing assets.
- Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create high-quality designs.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos using VN and Instagram Edits.
- Maintain visual consistency across all digital platforms.

Marketing & Growth

- Contribute to content strategy, brand positioning, audience growth, and marketing campaigns.
- Analyse content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and enquiries.
- Research competitors and suggest innovative marketing ideas.

AI Tools & Research

- Use AI tools and effective prompting for research, ideation, content planning, and workflow optimisation.
- Identify tools and processes that improve productivity and reduce repetitive work.
- Conduct independent research and turn findings into actionable ideas.

Brand Collaborations & Business Development

- Identify potential partnerships with cafés, hotels, boutique properties, and other relevant businesses.
- Research collaboration opportunities,



conduct outreach, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Explore partnerships that create business value, generate revenue, or reduce operational costs.

On-Trip Assistance

- Travel with the founder on selected trips and assist with on-ground coordination.
- Capture photographs, videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Support trip activities and help document the Chalo Saheli experience.

Training and guidance on travel operations will be provided by the founder. Requirements
- Strong graphic design skills and a portfolio demonstrating creative ability.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Practical experience with VN and Instagram Edits.
- Understanding of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with AI tools, prompt writing, and productivity workflows.
- Strong research, communication, and organisational skills.
- A proactive, hardworking, adaptable, and growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- A reliable laptop capable of running the required design software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
