Job Responsibilities

1. Video Shooting & Photography

- Visit villages with the NGO team to cover field activities, meetings, surveys, awareness programmes and community events.
- Shoot videos and photographs of NGO activities, beneficiary stories and project progress.
- Record interviews, testimonials and success stories of women, girls and community members.
- Capture quality footage for social media and donor communication.

2. Video Editing & Reel Creation

- Edit Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts and other videos.
- Add Hindi captions, subtitles, music, voiceovers, logos and NGO branding.
- Create short promotional videos, awareness videos and project documentaries.
- Edit beneficiary success stories and CSR project videos.

3. Social Media Management

- Manage JGVS Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other official social media accounts.
- Prepare a weekly content calendar and publish regular posts, reels, stories and videos.
- Write captions, hashtags and appropriate calls to action.
- Maintain a record of published content, views, reach, engagement and followers.
- Promote the NGO's programmes, activities, achievements and fundraising initiatives.

4. Meta Ads Campaign Management

- Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Set up audience targeting, campaign objectives, budgets and ad creatives.
- Run awareness, page engagement, video-view and approved donation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise ads to improve results.
- Submit campaign reports covering ad spend, reach, clicks, enquiries and results.




- Maintain transparency in all advertising expenses and campaign reports.

5. NGO Documentation & Digital Promotion

- Organise photographs and videos project-wise and date-wise.
- Support the preparation of annual reports, project reports, concept notes and CSR presentations through photos and video documentation.
- Maintain a digital archive of field activities and beneficiary stories.
- Coordinate with NGO staff to collect timely updates from the field.

Required Skills
- Basic experience in video shooting and photography.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and digital marketing.
- Valuable Hindi communication and basic English writing skills.
- Ability to travel to nearby villages for field coverage.
- Responsible, punctual and comfortable working with an NGO team.

Salary & Employment Terms
- Monthly salary: ₹10,000.
- Initial one-month probation/trial period.
- Salary and continuation after the trial period will depend on performance and mutual agreement.
- Local field travel reimbursement and work-related expenses will be handled according to the NGO's approved policy.
- The employee must maintain beneficiary privacy, obtain consent before publishing identifiable photos or videos, and follow child-protection and safeguarding guidelines.
- The employee must not run ads or spend the NGO's money without prior approval.

Performance Expectations
- Regular field photography and video coverage as per the activity schedule.
- Consistent creation of reels, posts and awareness content.
- Timely posting according to the approved content calendar.
- Monthly social media and Meta Ads performance reports.
- Proper maintenance of original footage, edited videos and campaign records.
