About The Role

ViralChilly is looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Social Media Executive who enjoys creating engaging content, speaking on camera, and bringing fresh ideas to life. The ideal candidate should have robust English communication skills, a creative mindset, and basic knowledge of video editing and scriptwriting.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

Confidently appear in front of the camera for reels, videos, and promotional content.

Write creative scripts, captions, hooks, and content ideas for social media.

Perform basic video editing and coordinate with the team to produce quality content.

Research social media trends, trending audio, reels, and viral content formats.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and suggest innovative content ideas.

Maintain consistency in content posting and follow the social media content calendar.

Track content performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach.

Requirements





Female candidate with confidence and a natural on-camera presence.

Excellent English-speaking and communication skills.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.

Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar software.

Basic scripting and storytelling skills.

Confidence in presenting ideas and taking ownership of assigned work.

Familiarity with Instagram Reels, social media trends, and short-form video content.

Freshers with the right creativity, confidence, and communication skills are welcome to apply.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is expressive, creative, proactive, comfortable experimenting with new content formats, and confident enough to represent a brand on camera.

Interested candidates can share their CV along with links to their social media work, reels, or sample videos, if available.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (In-Hand)
