Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Social Media Executive who understands not just how to create content, but why it works.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing multiple brand accounts, developing engaging content strategies, analysing performance, and driving audience growth through fresh ideas and platform-specific execution.

What Will You Do?

- Independently manage multiple social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube .
- Plan and execute engaging content across reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and short-form videos.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and marketing strategies.
- Contribute creative concepts, trending content ideas, and campaign-led social media initiatives.
- Analyse content performance, engagement, reach, and audience behaviour to optimise results.
- Experiment with new formats, hooks, storytelling techniques, and platform trends.
- Collaborate with strategy, copywriting, design, and client servicing teams for seamless content execution.




- Conduct competitor analysis, trend research, and social media audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage content scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and platform hygiene.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Take complete ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring content quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

What Are We Looking For?
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in social media management, preferably with a creative, digital, or advertising agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple brands and growing social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, content trends, and audience behaviour.
- Excellent content ideation, creative thinking, and storytelling skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into content improvements.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling tools, and platform analytics.
- Good understanding of organic growth strategies, community engagement, and brand communication.
- Robust communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
