Job Title : Social Media & Content Manager

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and self-driven Social Media & Content Manager who can independently manage all our social media activities, online platforms, content creation, poster designing, and video production.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete process independently, from planning and creating content to editing, publishing, and monitoring performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the company's social media accounts and online platforms.
- Create attractive posters, banners, promotional creatives, and other social media designs.
- Shoot and edit engaging videos for social media and promotional purposes.
- Write creative video scripts, captions, and on-screen text (the text displayed throughout a video).
- Manage and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and schedule posts to maintain consistent online activity.




- Monitor engagement and content performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain consistent branding and a professional online presence for the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and their management.
- Skills in poster designing and creative content development.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Ability to create videos and write engaging video scripts and captions.
- Ability to independently manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- A portfolio of previous posters, videos, or social media work will be an advantage.
