WE'RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT MANAGER

At Anti-Social Marketplace, we work across branding, social media, content production and digital marketing. We're looking for a Social Media Account Manager who can understand a brand, build a clear content plan and work with our team to bring it to life.

What you'll do

- Manage day-to-day communication with clients, understand their requirements and keep projects moving.
- Develop content calendars, campaign ideas and social media plans aligned with each brand's goals.
- Write captions, creative briefs and reel concepts that reflect each brand's voice.
- Coordinate with designers, editors and the production team on briefs, feedback and delivery.
- Support shoot planning, including concepts, references and shot lists.
- Manage approvals, scheduling and publishing, checking every piece for accuracy and quality.




- Track performance and turn insights into practical improvements.
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends and formats, with the judgment to know what suits a brand.

What we're looking for

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media accounts. Agency experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A working understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and social media analytics.
- The ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines and feedback without losing track of details.
- Creative thinking, initiative and ownership from the first brief to the final post.
- Comfort working closely with clients and a hands-on creative team.

Location matters

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Bhopal office. Applicants must be based in Bhopal or willing to relocate before joining.
