Responsibilities

- Be / BTech - Design and develop Ignition Perspective applications for Smart Factory, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations use cases.

- Develop interactive dashboards and analytics for OEE, Productivity, WIP, Quality, Downtime, Machine Performance, and Production KPIs.

- Develop SCADA/HMI screens with real-time machine connectivity using PLCs, Kepware, Tags, Alarms, and Historian.

- Develop Quality dashboards covering SPC, Defects, FPY, Rework, Process Parameters, Traceability, and Quality Alerts.

- Build MES and shop-floor applications for Order Tracking, Operation Status, Digital Work Instructions, and Production Confirmation.

- Integrate Ignition with SQL Server, MES, Kepware, APIs, and enterprise systems for real-time data collection and visualization.

- Implement advanced analytics, KPI monitoring, trends,



drill-downs, alarms, reports, and data-driven decision support.

- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, IT, and Automation teams to deliver scalable Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory solutions.
