We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Small and Medium Business (SMB) Manager to oversee and drive retail business operations across Conquer regions. The SMB Manager will be responsible for managing retail store performance, implementing business strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in retail store leadership with a strong focus on business development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee retail business operations across assigned regions.

- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets for the SMB segment.

- Develop and execute regional retail strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and support store leads/managers to deliver strong customer experience.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across retail stores and take corrective actions.

- Identify recent business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and operational guidelines.





- Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs and competition.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to enable smooth operations.

- Prepare periodic reports on business performance, forecasts, and improvement plans.

Key Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations as a Store Lead/Store Manager.

- Strong understanding of retail business drivers and customer engagement.

- Proven ability to manage multiple retail locations and achieve sales targets.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in managing multi-regional or cluster-level retail

operations.

- Exposure to SMB/retail business development strategies.

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.
