- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth execution of work.

- Allocate work to site workers and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, contractors and other team members.

- Monitor project progress and report daily work updates to the reporting manager.

- Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, instructions and quality standards.

- Monitor the availability and proper utilization of materials, tools and equipment at the site.

- Maintain daily attendance and work records of site workers.

- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and ensure workers use appropriate safety equipment.

- Identify site-related issues and report delays or technical concerns to the concerned team.

- Maintain proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.

- Assist in site inspections and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

- Follow company policies and instructions provided by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
