An Electrical &

- Civil Site Supervisor oversees on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality/safety standards.

Key responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, interpreting drawings, managing materials, conducting safety inspections, and conducting daily field walks. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of building codes, and effective problem-solving skills.

Core Responsibilities

- Supervision: Oversee day-to-day electrical and civil site operations, ensuring work adheres to specifications, building codes, and safety standards.

- Coordination: Manage on-site staff and subcontractors, coordinating activities for smooth project execution.

- Technical Compliance: Interpret engineering drawings to guide installation, construction, and maintenance activities.

Perform inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (e.g., National Electrical Code) and quality standards.

- Resource Management:

Prepare work schedules, manage material requirements, and track project progress against deadlines.

- Reporting &

- Communication:

Act as a liaison between subcontractors, engineers, and clients, providing progress reports and resolving in office issues

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience

- Supervising: 1 year (Required)
