Role : Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Dynatrace
Location : Hyderabad preferred remote

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with hands-on expertise in Dynatrace to monitor and improve application performance, availability, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor applications and infrastructure using Dynatrace APM, dashboards, and alerts.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Analyze logs, metrics, and distributed traces to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure application reliability, availability, and SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure teams.
- Automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
- Support incident management and continuous reliability improvements.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace APM and observability.
- Solid SRE, production support, and incident management experience.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix, application monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and automation is preferred.
