Job Summary

IDBI Intech Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage IT and reconciliation operations for its i-Recon project. The role requires a combination of technical operations management, banking/reconciliation domain knowledge, client coordination, and team leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day IT and reconciliation operations, including BAU monitoring, service delivery, and adherence to defined SLAs.
- Lead and coordinate IT and reconciliation teams across L1, L2, and L3 support functions.
- Oversee payment reconciliation, settlement, GL reconciliation, transaction matching, exception management, and operational reporting.
- Monitor and validate reconciliation reports, porting files, and financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders for operational updates, issue resolution, project activities, and service reviews.
- Drive incident management and root-cause analysis to ensure timely resolution and zero escalations to the core team.
- Prepare, review, and maintain SOPs for operational processes, issue resolution, and business continuity.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements, Vulnerability Assessment (VA), Application Security (AppSec), and applicable client security policies.




- Manage resource planning, recruitment, team performance, and on-site workforce requirements.
- Identify operational risks, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve reconciliation and IT support processes.

Required Skills and Competencies
- Experience in IT operations and reconciliation operations, preferably in the BFSI/banking domain.
- Strong understanding of banking reconciliation, payment settlements, GL reconciliation, and transaction exception handling.
- Experience managing L1, L2, and L3 teams and coordinating with technical/product support teams.
- Good understanding of IT service delivery, incident management, audit compliance, and operational controls.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data validation.
- Strong client management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven people management and stakeholder coordination capabilities.

Educational Qualification - MBA is mandatory.

Candidate Preference

- Candidates from the IT/BFSI sector with hands-on experience in both technical operations and reconciliation processes.
- Experience in banking payment channels such as UPI, IMPS, ATM, POS, NEFT/RTGS, or card networks will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience managing in office teams and client-facing operations will be preferred.
