Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site In-Charge – Fire Fighting Systems to independently manage site execution, manpower, materials, planning, documentation, testing & commissioning of fire protection projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete firefighting installation and site execution.
- Handle Hydrant, Sprinkler, Wet/Dry Riser, Hose Reel, Fire Pumps, Tanks, Valves & Piping.
- Read drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan daily/weekly activities and monitor project progress.
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, materials, tools and site resources.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and material requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors & MEP teams.
- Handle MIR, RFI, inspection requests, checklists, test reports, NCRs and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate pressure testing, flushing, fire pump testing, commissioning and handover.
- Ensure quality,



safety and timely completion of project activities.

Candidate Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant firefighting/fire protection site experience.
- Solid knowledge of Hydrant, Sprinkler, Pump Room, Riser & Underground Piping systems.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel & MS Word.
- Strong site planning, manpower management and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle site execution and resolve site issues.
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
