Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, and technically skilled Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities and ensure that work is completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling site supervision, quantity estimation, billing, drawing interpretation, labour coordination, material management, and work scheduling. The candidate must be proactive, disciplined, and committed to completing projects efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E.



in Civil Engineering.
- Practical experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
- Good understanding of quantity surveying, estimation, and billing.
- Ability to prepare and monitor work schedules.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and Word; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site activities independently and take responsibility for assigned work.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
