Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Hyderabad.

The Site

Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with civil engineering teams, and ensure work is executed in line with project specifications and timelines.

Responsibilities include monitoring site progress, supervising contractors and vendors, enforcing safety standards, and managing quality control checks on materials and workmanship. The role involves reviewing structural drawings, resolving on-site technical issues, preparing daily reports, and communicating project updates to project managers and other stakeholders.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience working on active construction projects.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with teams, vendors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess quality control and site inspection skills to ensure compliance with safety, standards, and project specifications.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge and the ability to interpret technical drawings and designs.
- Candidates should be trained civil engineers with a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in facility-related projects, knowledge of construction codes and safety regulations, and proficiency in relevant engineering software are beneficial.
- Robust problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team are expected.
- A min of 3 years of Work experience is needed.
