Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site activities in accordance with approved drawings and project schedules
- Monitor installation works including ducting, piping, equipment erection, insulation, and finishing
- Ensure all work is executed in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth site operations
- Verify materials received at site against approved BOQ and drawings
- Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials for daily site requirements
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports
- Conduct site measurements and maintain records for billing purposes
- Identify and resolve site issues in coordination with design and project teams
- Ensure optimal material utilization and minimize wastage
- Track material requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery
- Coordinate with client representatives for approvals, permits, and clearances
- Monitor productivity and ensure timely achievement of project milestones
- Maintain proper site documentation including DPRs, material logs, and inspection reports
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
- Prepare and submit qualification documents (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)

1. Technical Skills:

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and schematics
- Knowledge of HVAC / Cleanroom / MEP systems and installation practices
- Understanding of ducting, piping, equipment erection, and insulation work
- Familiarity with BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications




- Basic knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures
- Awareness of quality standards and inspection procedures
- Knowledge of site safety practices and compliance requirements
- Basic understanding of project scheduling and execution planning
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data tracking
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for drawing reference (preferred)
- Experience in site measurement and billing documentation
- Understanding of material handling, storage, and usage at site
