Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Plan, supervise, and execute rooftop and ground-mounted solar installation projects.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and timelines.
- Supervise civil, mechanical, and electrical installation activities.
- Monitor manpower, subcontractors, and daily site activities.

2. Technical Responsibilities

- Supervise module mounting structures (MMS), solar panel installation, inverter installation, AC/DC cabling, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
- Verify installation quality against approved engineering drawings and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure proper material utilization and installation practices.

3. Quality Control & Safety

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety procedures.
- Identify installation defects and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel.

4. Project Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR),



site records, and material requirements.
- Track project schedules and report execution delays or challenges.
- Coordinate material availability, manpower deployment, and work progress.

5. Testing & Commissioning

- Assist in pre-commissioning inspections and testing activities.
- Coordinate commissioning and project handover.
- Ensure completion of punch-list items and technical documentation.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- 5 years of relevant experience in solar installation and project execution.
- Practical experience in solar rooftop and/or ground-mounted projects.
- Good understanding of solar EPC project execution, BOQ, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of solar modules, MMS, inverters, cables, earthing, and other electrical components.
- Familiarity with site safety practices and quality standards.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting.
- Willingness to travel and work at different project sites across Rajasthan.
