Job Responsibilities

- Visit residential and commercial properties to inspect water leakage and dampness issues.
- Use thermal imaging cameras and other inspection tools to identify potential moisture-related problems.
- Inspect bathrooms, terraces, walls, ceilings, plumbing areas, and other suspected leakage locations.
- Analyse site conditions and help identify the possible source and cause of leakage.
- Capture site photographs, thermal images, and relevant inspection observations.
- Prepare technical observations and assist in preparing detailed inspection reports.
- Recommend suitable solutions based on the inspection findings.
- Explain inspection findings and recommended solutions professionally to clients.
- Coordinate inspection schedules, site visits, and report submissions.

Maintain proper records of inspections and ensure timely delivery of reports. Eligibility Criteria Diploma or BE/BTech in Civil Engineering is preferred.





Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of building construction, waterproofing, plumbing, or civil works is an advantage.

- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and own a two-wheeler.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Willingness to travel to different project locations within Bengaluru. Skills Required

- Interest in learning thermal imaging and modern inspection techniques.
