Role Description The Site Civil Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Ujjain, responsible for overseeing civil works at industrial and warehouse project sites. This role involves interpreting engineering drawings, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and supervising daily construction activities to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.

Engineer will conduct site inspections, monitor material usage, support stormwater and drainage solutions, and prepare progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders. The position includes close collaboration with project management, design teams,



and clients to resolve technical issues, manage site logistics, and support smooth execution of civil and related infrastructure works. The role may also involve assisting with quantity estimation, basic cost control inputs, and compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with a solid understanding of structural and infrastructural works.
- Candidates should have experience in Planning and project coordination for site-based civil engineering activities.
- Candidates should have knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage systems for industrial and warehousing projects.
- Candidates should be trained Civil Engineers, with a recognized degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in site supervision for industrial, warehousing, or commercial construction projects is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures is preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, use basic engineering software tools, and prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on site.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Ujjain and travel to project locations as required.
